Our firm has a deep history in the Grande Prairie area, founded in May 1985 on the 11th floor of 214 place by Marcel Joberty CA as M.M. Joberty Professional Corporation. Our firm grew to include multiple Chartered Accountants and in 1999 was bought out by Shelley Lorenz CPA, CA and Doug Currie CPA, CA to become Lorenz & Currie LLP upon Marcel's retirement.
The firm continued to grow and serve the needs of the Grande Prairie area and changed names again in January of 2013 to Lorenz Richer Currie LLP, when Liza Richer CPA, CA joined the partners. The firm practiced until July 2016 when on Shelley's retirement the name change to today's Richer Currie LLP.
Our firm is dedicated to its history with the area and clients that it serves from the individual tax client to the large corporate groups.
